employment-based health benefits and the cost of coverage, choice of
health plan, managed care, the uninsured, Medicare, long-term care,
prescription drugs, and retiree health benefits.
Small Employer Health Benefits Survey - The Small Employer Health Benefits Survey (SEHBS), conducted in 2000 and 2002,
examines a number of issues related to the decision by small employers about
whether to offer health insurance coverage to workers.
